I’ve seen every episode. (one of those every episode binges)
Pretty terrible mistake. He is unrealistically emotional. No one who is that scientifically smart is that retardedly irrational.

So, ahem, of course NYU is first and foremost a BUSINESS.

People/students are purchasing services.

Alas, the services suck, but some people still think they’re worth something.

But the NYU MS in Real Estate is a laugh - no entrance requirements, tons of cheating going on in ALL of the classes, and get this, a ‘capstone’, where, gasp, you might have to write an appraisal for a building up in Canada or some bullshit like that. Ridiculous at best.
Hideous at worst. This is a ‘masters for idiots’.
